The sanitary and hygienic assessment of the influence of the phytostimulating drug «Lukon» has been given in the thesis. It has been done on the basis of the determination of the growth intensity and the state of humoral and cellular part of the inborn immunity of the piglets and on the basis of the determination of the microclimate parameters. The optimal dose and the expediency of the use of the above drug together with the lamps of infra-red radiation have been determined.
Close trustworthy correlative bonds between the incidence rate in piglets and the parameters of weather and microclimate in the pigsty have been revealed. The coefficient of the correlation between the number of respiratory diseases and the air temperature outside the pigsty was -0.883, air velocity – 0,650, the amount of the atmospheric rainfalls – 0,670, temperature, relative humidity and air velocity inside the house for piglet maintenance – -0,896; -0,770 and 0,772.
The application of the preparation «Lukon» at different doses in the diet of the weaners stimulated the increase in the body weight by 2,8-13,3 % and the trustworthy increase in the indices of the immunological and biological status: the hemoglobin content increased by 8,8 – 16,8 %, the amount of erythrocytes – by 23,5-31,4 %, leucocytes – by 8,0-18,0 %, total protein in the blood serum – by 7-22,4 %, relative content of albumins – by 1,0 – 5,0 % and γ-globulins – by 5,3-15,8 % as well as the decrease in the activity of AcAT – by 16,4-19,2 %.
The closer correlation between the content of the total protein in the blood serum and other interior indices (the content of erythrocytes, leucocytes. hemoglobin and albumins) in the piglets that were given the stimulant «Lukon» testified to the normalization of the process of metabolism and the effective state of the innate immunity.
As a result of the electrocardiographic examination of the piglets that received the preparation «Lukon» no deviations from the normative limits have been revealed. It has proved the absence of the negative influence of the above drug on the cardio-vascular system.
The sanitary and hygienic assessment of the growth intensity and the state of the inborn immunity of the piglets testified to higher indices of the effect of the drug «Lukon» as compared to the drug «Immunovital» under the influence of which the body weight of the piglets was trustworthy higher; the interior parameters such as the content of the total protein, albumins and globulins in the blood serum, phagocytic activity of leucocytes, BASK and LASK were also higher.
The use of the preparation «Lukon», the lamps of infra-red radiation and their complex application stimulated the increase in the body weight of the piglets, the content of hemoglobin and erythrocytes in the blood, phagocytic activity of leucocytes, BASK and LASK, that proved the positive synergic effect of the above drugs.
The economic efficiency of the rearing the young of pigs at the complex application of the drug «Lukon» and the lamps of infra-red radiation was 1,57 grv. per 1,00 grv. of the expenditure.
