Tіlіkіna N. Territorial Mobility of Youth: Trends and Directions of Regulation

Оbject – the process of territorial youth mobility at the national, regional and territorial levels of the communities; goal – the tendencies and peculiarities of territorial youth mobility in modern conditions in Ukraine and abroad; methods – analytical, scientific abstraction, observation, synthesis and analysis, induction and deduction, abstract-logical, sociological, system-structural analysis, statistical and economic analysis, abstract-logical, sociological; novelty – the projection of territorial youth mobility was carried out on the basis of a combination of the results of an all-Ukrainian youth survey and expert interviews, generalized theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the economic categories "migration", "labour migration", "mobility", "labour mobility", "mobility of labour force " , the definition of the term "territorial mobility of youth" is given, the classification of mobility by main types, types and forms is improved, the systematization of factors influencing the territorial mob is made. nist youth mobility allocated under and on this basis a model of implementing territorial mobility of young people studied approaches to measuring sales and potential territorial mobility of young people; theoretical and practical results – depth research methodology in the field of regulation of the process of territorial youth mobility and the formation of an effective youth and social policy on the preservation and development of youth labor potential, the subjective, objective, stimulating and constraining factors of territorial youth mobility are identified, the main directions are proposed. Regulation of territorial youth mobility, the mechanism of regulation of youth territorial mobility is formed; the results of the research are implemented into an economic practice.
