Zalyhina Y. The experimental study of gastroprotective action of dense extract from crude walnut fruit (Juglans regia L.).

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of gastroprotective activity of a dense hydroalcoholic (30 % ethyl alcohol) extract from crude walnut (Juglans regia L.) fruit (DEHA 30). In the first stage, four extracts of immature fruits of walnut (water and water-alcohol 30, 70 and 96%) were obtained and the qualitative and quantitative composition was investigated by modern physico-chemical methods. Through the screening, the most effective anti-ulcerative extract was selected from the immature fruit of the walnut, which turned out to be DEHA 30, and its conditional therapeutic dose was determined. The experiment revealed the gastroprotective properties of DEHA 30 at a dose of 25 mg / kg. In the conditions of alcohol-prednisolone, indometacin and diclofenac ulcerative defeat of the stomach, DEHA 30 exhibits a gastroprotective effect, which significantly reduces the severity of ulcer destruction and the depth of damage to the gastric mucosa and normalizes the biochemical parameters of blood plasma of animals. DEHA 30 has anti-inflammatory properties - inhibits the development of carrageenan and formalin edema. DEHA 30 has an antimicrobial effect against museum and clinical strains of microorganisms and detects hepatoprotective properties. The data of toxicological studies prove the safety of DEHA 30. The results of the study experimentally substantiate the feasibility of a new gastroprotective drug based on DEHA 30.
