Reut A. The system of social support of Ukraine: evaluation and directions of reform

Object – system of social support of the population of Ukraine; goal – substantiation of directions of reformation and modernization of social support of the population based on complex evaluation of current social programs and improvement of scientific and methodological approaches to the definition of social effects and influences; methods – dialectical and formal-logical, systemic and structural methods, scientific analogy, historical approaches, analysis and synthesis, axiomatics; comparison and generalization, method of constructing an integral estimation, methods of analyzing the series of dynamics and structural shifts, the method of analogies and scientific abstraction, micro-modeling, infographic method; theoretical and practical results – a generalization of theoretical developments of modern leading scientists in the part of their understanding of the need and vulnerability that made it possible to provide a new interpretation of the category "social support", improved methodological approaches to the assessment of social support of the population of Ukraine, which enabled using the integral index of relevance to determine the relevance of the current social support the needs of the population, as well as through the use of the infographic method or "Data_viz" to carry out express assessments, comparisons of programs and identifying specific problems of their operation in a large array of data, developed a model of an integrated system of social support, which involves optimization of existing social programs within several key areas of support, as well as the transition of the whole system in the electronic environment with an information management system; the results of the research are implemented into an economic practice.
