Essay

The object is the process of pedagogical support of socialization of senior school pupils in the environment of informal youth organizations; the purpose is to substantiate scientifically and to test experimentally the conditions of pedagogical support of socialization of senior school pupils in the environment of informal youth organizations; the methods are analyzing, synthesizing, comparing and generalizing the materials of scientific sources, projecting, modeling, questioning, interviewing, testing, conducting conversations, observations, pedagogical experiments, quantitative and qualitative analyses, methods of mathematical statistics; the scientific novelty is that for the first time on the basis of a holistic analysis, the conditions for providing the pedagogical support for socialization of senior school informal pupils into the practice of social work in the environment of informal youth organizations have been scientifically substantiated, experimentally verified and implemented (the development of motivation towards forming the worldview, the change of interests of senior school informal pupils to attract them to youth informal organizations of prosocial and social orientation on the basis of reflection; forming positive social experience of senior school informal pupils on the basis of introducing interactive technologies that would ensure the process of pedagogical support in the environment of informal youth organizations; forming an active life position of senior school informal pupils on the basis of introducing a set of educational-upbringing activities and socio-pedagogical actions); the criteria, indicators, and level of socialization of senior school pupils who participate in informal youth organizations have been clarified; the definitions and essences of the notions “socialization”, “informal youth organization”, “pedagogical support of socialization pupils of senior school age” have been specified; the scientific ideas about the influence of informal youth organizations on the socialization of senior school pupils, on the essential characteristics of the pedagogical support of the socialization of senior school pupils who are in the midst of informal youth organizations of social and anti-social orientation have obtained the further development; the field is social pedagogy.
