Essay

The object of research is the motivation of labor migration of the population as a process of inducing people to resettlement and mechanisms for its regulation. The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and methodical principles of studying the motivation of labor migration of the population and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for determining the mechanisms of its regulation in Ukraine. The essence of the category "labor migration" is specified. An in-depth description of the process of motivation of labor migration of the population. The motivational factors of labor migration of the population are classified. The scientific and methodical approach to the socio-economic assessment of the causes and consequences of the activation of migration behavior of the population has been improved. The place of Ukraine among international donors in the world has been identified and the system of distribution of threats to migration donations has been implemented. Within the framework of assessing the migration situation in Ukraine, the migratory attitudes of young people have been investigated through a sociological survey. The basic types of mechanisms of regulation of migration behavior of the population depending on the ultimate goal are determined. The structure of the motivational mechanism of regulation of migration behavior of the population, which contains ideological and instrumental blocks, is determined. Preventive measures on regulating the migratory behavior of the population have been developed, aimed at creating jobs with decent pay and working conditions and improving the quality of human development. The results of the dissertation research are accepted for implementation by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Federation of Professional Unions workers of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Department of Social Protection of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration, the Federation of Trade Unions of Kirovograd Region, Kompaniyevka district consumer society, and the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
