The object is social-philosophical measuring of phenomenon of pandemic: pandemic in the horizon of existing and becoming of society, history, human being. The aim – discovering of cultural-genetic foundations, systematic-structural sings and social-dynamic aspects emerged by its influence. Methodology of the thesis researching based on principles of historicity, comparability, complementarity. Subject-conceptual social-philosophical analysis of phenomenon of pandemic by articulation of its cultural-genetic foundations, systematic-structural signs and conceptual aspects of social dynamics carried on by using of methodological possibilities of phenomenology, structuralism, system approach, dialectics, fundamental ontology, hermeneutics, comparative analysis.
On the basis of the complete integrated social-philosophical analysis of pandemic as one of global problems of mankind proposed its conceptual view as a specific type of antisystem or a system with a negative level of systematic in cultural-genetic, systematic-structural, social-dynamic aspects. Showed components of religious-mythological backgrounds of pandemic: factual (testimonies in the books), genetic (breaking between sacral and profane), worldview (feeling and affiliation to numinous), intentional (punishment and penitence). Found out components of philosophical-anthropological backgrounds of pandemic: paradigmatic (classical, non-classical, post-non-classical approaches of correlation of health and illness), anthropological-historical (a problem of integrity of human being in Antiquity, Middle Age, New Time, Contemporary), individual-existential (limit situation, fatefulness, transcendence etc.). Proven components of civilizational backgrounds of pandemic: structural (differentiation between mankind and environment, separation of zoonosis and anthroponosis pandemic), casual (articulation of reasons of contemporary pandemics), formational (awareness of economical, praxeological, spiritual-ideological, extensional, cratological factors of capitalism). Substantiated, pandemic as specific variant of an antisystem, that manifested as a result of technocratic interference of mankind to environment is consisted of: a) negative medianity as a singular subject, theoretical conception with interdisciplinary status, an interferential picture, a complex event; b) catastrophic extreme situation as a complex of objective (extraordinariness), subjective (shock, choice, spirit) factors and empirical (pandemic as a social event); formal-psychological (pandemic as an event in human being); ontological (acting nature of pandemic); c) an antagonism between entropy and negentropy, which determines new strategies of studies of interactions between mankind and environment. Articulated six cuts of social dynamics, taken place under influence of pandemic: natural-anthropological, cultural-behavior, social-stratification, cultural-differential by pathogen sign, radical-axiological, global-civilizational.
