Object of the study: socio-economic processes that shape migration services market; the purpose of the research: substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations of migration services market research and development of practical recommendations for its formation and development; research methods and equipment: methods of induction and deduction, systematic and multifactorial analysis, economic and statistical analysis, historical, dialectical methods, sociological method (in-depth interview method), tabular and graphical methods, methods of institutional analysis; theoretical and practical results: the conceptual approach to the regulation of the migration services market of Ukraine is developed and the regional peculiarities of its implementation in the system of existing and required standards of strategic character are substantiated; conceptual and terminological bases of the theory of migration systems have been improved in terms of defining the category of migration services market as a set of economic relations for meeting the needs of the population in services related to facilitating and / or improving (simplifying, legalizing, accelerating, supplementing) conditions for the implementation of migratory changes, benefits from migration; approaches to the classification of the factors of the formation and development of the migration services market are specified, with the identification of general and specific factors of influence and division of the latter into formal and informal (shadow) factors (which activate the out-of-market segment of the market); the methodology of the migration services market study and the migration relations from the standpoint of systemic, process, factor and microeconomic approaches (in the context of the migration services market volume and structure, demand, supply, prices and level of competition in the market) have been developed; principal approaches to the formation of the system of monitoring the status and tendencies of the development of the migration services market of the region, whose tasks are: 1) identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the functioning of the migration services market; 2) information and analytical support for decisions on strategic priorities for market development; 3) creation of a database for comprehensive assessment and forecasting of the development of migration services market at different levels; a mechanism for attracting and efficient use of migration capital through migration bonds has been proposed, which will allow to accumulate the financial assets of Ukrainian migrants and ensure their quality targeted use; degree of implementation: developments implemented in the practical activities of Committee on Social Policy and Labor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Committee on Science and Education of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Committee on Social Policy and Labor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Department of Economic Development, Investments, Trade and Industry of Lviv Regional State Administration, Main Department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Lviv region, Department of Social Protection of the Population of Lviv Regional State Administration, Lviv Regional Employment Center, Department of Economic Policy of Lviv Regional State Administration, Department of Education and Science of Lviv Regional State Administration, Lviv City Employment Center, in the educational process of the Lviv Institute of PJSC “Higher Educational Institution “Interregional Academy of Personnel Management”; scope: improvement of the mechanisms of regulation of RMPs to improve the quality and accessibility of migration services for the population.
