Doroshenko O. Experimental study of plant collection with diuretic and nephroprotective action

The dissertation Doroshenko O. Н. is devoted to the experimental study of the pharmacological and phytochemical properties of the original plant collection of medicinal plants with diuretic and nephroprotective activity. The qualitative composition was studied and the quantitative content of the main biologically active substances of the collection-leader by diuretic activity, determined as a result of the screening study of three original collections of medicinal plants, was established. The effective dose of a collection-leader by diuretic activity was determined, which was 10 ml / kg and was used for further studies. The collection-leader has been found to have a pronounced nephroprotective effect, as well as to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. The conducted studies prove the prospect of further study of the researched plant collection in order to expand the list of native diuretic and nephroprotective agents of plant origin.
