In the dissertation the actual scientific problem is solved, directed on increase of efficiency of operation of dredging fleet by use of the method of auger intensification of an air lift plant at work in reservoirs up to 20 meters deep. The use of an auger intensifier in an airlift lift tube increases the completeness of energy transfer from air to solid material, which in turn increases productivity and increases the machine's efficiency, precisely those parameters that were low in conventional airlifts. The results of the dissertation research can be used to improve the design when designing a modern airlift complex for dredging works, as well as in the educational process in the presentation of the disciplines "Ship auxiliary plants, systems and technological equipment" in the section "Dredging equipment".
