Essay

Object of study - the processes of knowledge management of high-tech projects participants; the purpose of the research is to increase the efficiency of high-tech projects planning by defining a rational complex of knowledge management technology elements in the conditions of data uncertainty; research methods are system analysis, correlation and factor analysis, matrix analysis, hierarchy analysis and probabilistic modeling methods; the results – the actual scientific task solved, related to ensuring the reliability of decision-making at the stages of planning and implementation of high-tech projects due to the reduction of uncertainty in the alternative selection of knowledge management technology rational tools for project participants; academic novelty - for the first time the method of estimation of functional composition of technology of knowledge management of participants of high-tech projects was developed, based on integral indices of own efficiency, which, unlike existing ones, due to decomposition of elements of technology of proactive knowledge management, provides validity of results of planning of high-tech projects; the method of forming the structure of proactive knowledge management technology, which, unlike the existing ones, is based on solving multicriteria problems with hierarchical structures in conditions of multi-purpose uncertainty, which allows to increase the speed of response to changes in the knowledge management system of a high-tech project; further developed a process model of project knowledge loss prevention, based on the use of knowledge-oriented mechanisms at the planning stage, which, unlike the existing ones, integrates approaches to knowledge management and risk management methodology, which minimizes the timeframes, risks and financial costs project; degree of implementation - the results are implemented in the educational process of the Management Department at the National Aerospace University, at the research and production enterprise of PJSC NPP "Radiy", as well as in the activity of the scientific and production enterprise of LLC NPP "Radix"; field of application - project and program management.
