Object: the process of social competence development of the elementary school children in the inclusive educative environment; goal: development and experimental control of social and educational conditions of the social competence development of the elementary school child with autism in an inclusive education environment of the secondary education establishment; methods: analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization of the scientific information sources, system-structural analysis, engineering, questionnaire, supervision, conversation, testing, interview, social and pedagogical experimentation, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: it has been determined and theoretically proved the socially-pedagogical conditions of the social competence development of the elementary school children with autism; it has been determined the subject-matter, components and features of social competence development of the elementary school children with autism in the conditions of the inclusive education; results: it has been developed the social and pedagogical program and the methodical materials for the individual support organization of the elementary school children with autism in the work of psychological service of the secondary education establishment; the list of methods of the innovative and technological support development process of social competence of children with autism in the secondary educational establishments for the psychological service employees, teachers, parental community; methodical recommendations for the administration and pedagogical staff of the secondary educational establishment concerning the creation and support of the qualitative inclusive environment; it has been chosen, adapted and developed the diagnostic tools for the social competence studying of the elementary school children with autism; branch - social pedagogy
