Melnik O. Improving the efficiency of the water transport by improving the bunkering system

In the dissertation the actual scientific problem is solved, directed on improving the efficiency of water transport facilities by improving the bunkering system. The provision of safeguards for emergency bunkering has been considered in terms of the concept of acceptable risk. To reduce the likelihood of accidents to an acceptable level with minimal cost, it is advisable to use financial resources to ensure the trouble-free operation of bunkering and equipment backup facilities. The results of the dissertation research can be used by ports and bunkering enterprises to improve bunkering security, as well as in the educational process in the teaching of the disciplines "Ship auxiliaries, systems and technological equipment", "Ecology and environmental protection", "Theory of use of working substances" and "Mathematical modeling of energy processes".
