Essay

The dissertation study is devoted to the problem of preparing future educators of preschool institutions for the development of creative speech in preschool children. The pedagogical conditions for preparing future educators for the development of creative speech in preschool children are scientifically substantiated and experimentally verified (activation of the positive attitude of future educators on the development of creative speech of preschool children, ensuring interdisciplinary ties in preparing future educators for the development of creative speech of preschool children, creating a creatively-oriented speech environment in the process of training future educators).The essence of the phenomenon “preparedness of future educators of preschool institutions for the development of creative speech of preschool children” is determined; the concepts of “creative speech”, “vocational training of future educators”, “preparedness of future specialists of preschool education institutions” are clarified. Criteria of the preparedness of future educators of preschool education institutions for the development of creative speech of preschool children with relevant indicators are identified. The levels (sufficient, satisfactory, low) of the preparedness of future educators of preschool institutions for the development of creative speech in preschool children are characterized. A model has been developed for preparing future educators for the development of creative speech in preschool children, including a goal, methodological approaches, principles, stages (informational and installation, productive-active, creative-reproductive, reflective-evaluative), pedagogical conditions, criteria, means, forms and methods and the results of training future educators of preschool institutions for the development of creative speech in preschool children. An experimental methodology has been developed for preparing future educators of preschool educational institutions for the development of creative speech in preschool children, an elective course "Creative speech of preschool children", and the program of the "Reflex!" Pedagogical section.
