Essay

The thesis contains the theoretical substantiation of and analysis of the results of an experimental study into psychological conditions for reducing personal tension among educational organization staff. The author presents an educational organization staff personal tension model. The results of empirical research have showed a high level of personal tension among educational organization staff (personal and situational anxiety, social frustration, life dissatisfaction). Some components of educational organization staff personal tension has had statistically significant relationships, with meso-level factors, such as general and special organization's characteristics. Most components of educational organization staff personal tension has had statistically significant relationships with such micro-level factors as staff's organizational, professional, social and demographic characteristics. The author also discusses the psychological conditions for reducing personal tension among educational organization staff as well as presents educational staff's personal tension reducing training technologies (both at the organizational and staff levels), which have been successfully tested.
