Roman L. Socio-economic mechanism of migrant workers reintegration

Object of research: processes of labor migration and repatriation of migrants. Purpose: scientific substantiation of the socio-economic mechanism of reintegration of migrant workers. Methods: formal-logical, content analysis, qualitative analysis of statistical and sociological data, econometric modeling, correlation-regression analysis, economic-comparative, expert assessments, economic modeling, structural-functional. Novelty: for the first time a socio-economic mechanism for the reintegration of migrant workers was developed; the evolutionary model of reintegration of labor migrants, the method of management of migration processes on the basis of the project approach, the method of assessment of repatriation potential of the state, scientific provisions on obstacles to effective reintegration of labor migrants are improved. Scope: in the research work of the Research Institute of Lviv University of Business and Law, in the activities of the Lviv Regional Council, the Department for Local Development Projects, International Technical Assistance and Foreign Economic Relations, in the activities of NGOs Eastern European Development Agency and "Simple questions", in the educational process of the Lviv University of Business and Law in teaching the disciplines "Labor Economics and Social and Labor Relations", "National Economy", "Regional Economy".
