Hennadii Besarabchuk «Managing the process of enhanced military-physical training of students in military lyceums». – Qualified scientific work on the rights of the manuscript. Thesis for a Candidate Degree in Pedagogical Sciences, specialty 13.00.06 – Theory and Methods of Educational Management. – State Higher Education Institution «University of Management Education» of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2020. The study is devoted to managing the process of enhanced military-physical training of students in military lyceums. The dissertation analyzes the theoretical principles of managing the process of enhanced military and physical training of students in military lyceums, reveals its content and status and peculiarities of students' readiness for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The organizational and pedagogical components of modelling the management of the process of enhanced military-physical training of students in the military lyceum and the formation of their readiness for service in the army are highlighted, analyzed and substantiated. For the first time, a model for managing the training of Lyceum students with enhanced military-physical training for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been developed, theoretically grounded and experimentally tested. The technology of model implementation, in particular its construction based on the application of pedagogical design with determination of necessary components and modules of management, detailing of means, methods, forms and content and methodical recommendations is revealed and analyzed. The essence of such concepts is specified: «educational environment of the Lyceum with enhanced military-physical training», «management of the process of enhanced military-physical training of students of military lyceum», «readiness of the military lyceum to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine», «internal system of quality assurance of education of the Lyceum with enhanced military-physical training». Improved organizational and pedagogical conditions for creating an educational environment aimed at forming a psychological and pedagogical conditions for a holistic pedagogical model for managing enhanced military and physical training of students in military lyceum and forming their readiness to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a component and effective part. Improved processes of creating in the military lyceum an internal quality assurance system as a system of procedures characterized by its unity and completeness through the development and implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions and appropriate procedures to ensure the quality of education, determine the means, methods, forms and content of effective management of enhanced military-physical training of students in military lyceum and lyceum with enhanced military-physical training. Scientific researches, which provide development of programmatic and educational and methodological support of the content, forms and types of management of the process of enhanced military-physical training of students of military lyceum and lyceum with enhanced military-physical training and formation of their readiness for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, have been further developed.
