Essay

The object of research is the figure of IE Tamm in the world scientific and pedagogical dimension; the subject of research is scientific-pedagogical and public activity of IE Tamm and ways of its introduction into the educational process of higher and secondary educational institutions; the purpose of the study: on the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis to comprehensively cover the personality of IE Tamm, to identify and systematize the leading pedagogical ideas of the scientist, to generalize his educational and teaching activities; research methods - to achieve the goal, the implementation of the tasks used methods of scientific and pedagogical research, which allowed a comprehensive knowledge of the analyzed subject: theoretical and historical-logical analysis, synthesis, systematization and classification of archival sources and literature on the research problem (to summarize historical facts, structure and the essence of the problem under study); personalistic-bibliographic (for the scientific analysis of the life and creative path of IE Tamm, clarification of the main factors shaping the worldview of the scientist); retrospective logical-systematic analysis (to highlight the leading pedagogical ideas of IE Tamm); axiological (in order to assess the content of scientific and pedagogical, scientific and educational activities of IE Tamma); the scientific novelty of the study is that: for the first time a systematic analysis of scientific, pedagogical and social activities of IE Tamm; the periodization of scientific and pedagogical activity of the scientist is substantiated and its directions are singled out; outlines the system of activities of the Nobel Prize winner in the establishment of theoretical physics in the USSR and in Ukraine in accordance with the general processes of development of humanitarian discourse and the internal logic of science; the results of public and pedagogical work on the establishment of trade unions in Yelisavetgrad (1919), pedagogical institute (1918), the system of out-of-school education, training courses for teachers (1919-1920) and experience IE Tamma scientific schools (Kharkiv, Kyiv, Odessa, Dnipro), their significance for science is determined; The experience of using the scientific and pedagogical heritage of IE Tamm and its implementation in the scientific activity of the Laboratory of Didactics of Physics, Technologies and Vocational Education of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko, in work with young scientists years in the Committee on Science and Education of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
