The dissertation is devoted to the issues of increasing the efficiency of the operation of specialized vessels in the transport service of offshore drilling platforms through the development and implementation of theoretical and methodological provisions for the operation of specialized vessels in the offshore seas. In the work, an analyzes the current state of the theory and practice of operating specialized vessels in the transportation of hydrocarbons and servicing offshore drilling platforms. The main theoretical and methodological provisions for organizing the process of transporting hydrocarbons from offshore drilling platforms to onshore infrastructure have been developed. The process of operating specialized supply vessels for servicing offshore drilling platforms has been structured and formalized.
