Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving an actual scientific problem of improving the reliability of tracked vehicles by limiting peak loads in the elements of the undercarriage of a tractor transmission under various driving modes. The results of theoretical studies to identify the mechanisms of uneven load formation of the undercarriage support rollers and dynamic loads in the transmission are presented. The relationship between the geometric parameters of the undercarriage, average loads on the support rollers and their dispersion characteristics is studied. The influence of load modes, wear of undercarriage and transmission elements on their reliability indicators is determined. The unevenness of the load of the tractor support rollers under the asymmetric influence of the working bodies during aggregation is determined. structural and parametric synthesis of means of protecting the tractor's power transmission from overloads is performed. The results of experimental studies on the example of the T-150 tractor produced by “ХТЗ” are presented.
