The study focuses on the issue of developmental management of organizational culture in general secondary educational institution. The essence of structural and substantive components, functions and types of the organizational culture in general secondary educational institution has been revealed. The features and contemporary directions of improvement in developmental management of the organizational culture in general secondary educational institution have been highlighted. It is substantiated and verified in experimental way a pattern for developmental management of the organizational culture in general secondary educational institution and laid down relevant guidelines for directors of educational institutions on the implementation of the same in the management practice. The model of management of the development of organizational culture in general secondary educational institution has been developed and theoretically tested.
