Thesis analyzes the theoretical foundations of managing the professional development of teachers, reveals the essence, features and substantiates the feasibility of introducing project technologies as a means of managing the professional development of teachers in the institution of general secondary education, analyzes the legal and legal support and the state of management of professional development of teachers. The model of management of professional development of teachers of the institution of the general secondary school has been experimentally tested and described of education by means of project technologies. Organizational-pedagogical conditions and peculiarities of management of professional development of teachers of the institution of general secondary education by means of project technologies are revealed, recommendations are given to managers on issues of management of professional development of teachers o institution of general secondary education by means of project technologies.
