Essay

The object of research is the transformation of corporate human resource management strategies in a crisis. The purpose of the dissertation is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of human resources management in the system of labor market regulation and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the transformation of corporate strategies for human resource management in a crisis. Research methods: dialectical method, method of scientific generalization, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, forecasting, etc. Theoretical results: are to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of human resource management in the system of regulation of the internal labor market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the transformation of corporate human resource management strategies in a crisis. Practical results: are that the developed developments of theoretical and scientific-practical nature are the basis for determining the directions and levers of transformation of approaches to human resource management in the system of regulation of the internal labor market of corporate structures. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the hypothesis concerning transformation of duration of an economic cycle under the influence of increase of quality of human resources is put forward and confirmed; improved: conceptual bases of regulation of the intra-firm labor market of corporate structures, namely the conceptual scheme of the mechanism of management of human resources of corporate structures in the conditions of crisis is offered; organizational and economic principles of human resources management in a crisis, in particular, developed a logical and structural scheme of anti-crisis reengineering of human resources management; received further development: theoretical and methodological foundations of anti-crisis human resources management, namely, developed a conceptual scheme of anti-crisis strategy of human resources management; conceptual and categorical apparatus for studying the nature of economic crises by providing author's definitions of the concepts "cyclicity", "crisis", "crisis state". Degree of implementation: the results of the study were implemented in the practice of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Donetsk Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Mariupol), Donetsk Regional Employment Center (Kramatorsk), Mariupol City Employment Center, LLC "Lemtrans" (Kyiv), LLC "Styrolbiopharm" (Kyiv), as well as in the educational process of Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University (Vinnytsia), the Institute of Personnel Training of the State Employment Service of Ukraine (Kyiv).
