The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of modern approaches to the introduction of effective models of social partnership in labor relations in the domestic system of pharmaceutical providing the population. The scientific novelty lies in the study of available and substantiation of new scientific and practical approaches, the implementation of which allows in the aggregate to solve an important problem – the introduction into the practice of labor relations of the domestic system of pharmaceutical provision of the population of effective models social partnership based on conceptual basics which are defined by normative documents of the International Labor Organization. However, despite the above, social dialogue does not meet the desired criteria for effective activity to ensure decent work and socio-economic relations in society. This is evidenced by indicators of employment, real wages, level of pension provision and more. These factors stipulate exacerbation of conflictuality in society, hinder the recovery, development and competitiveness of the economy, in particular and in the pharmaceutical sector of sphere health care of Ukraine. Based on the results of conducted research, suggested the principles, main and additional levels of functioning of the open conceptual model of social partnership in the system of pharmaceutical provision of the population, as well as groups of functions are presented, which are presented by level of priority of their realization within of the implementation of the concept of constructive dialogue between parties to the employment relationship. To the first level of priority attributed to social functions, to the second – economic, to the third – social and educational, and to the fourth – psychologically and adaptive. In accordance with the proposed principles and functions of the implementation of social partnership models, their components have been developed, namely: regulatory and legal; resource (financial and economic and labor); information and communication; scientific and technical; social; organizational and administrative; mental and psychological. In addition, by us substantiated the need to implement an open conceptual model of social partnership, which should operate at the basic and additional levels of functioning in the system of pharmaceutical provision of the population. The main parties of social and labor relations in accordance with mentioned levels are also outlined.
