Kharchenko Y. Pharmacological correction of brain disorders under the conditions of experimental hepato-enteral dysfunction caused by isoniazid and rifampicin

Реферат (англ. мова) The thesis is dedicated to the improvement of pharmacocorrection of encephalopathy caused by isoniazid-rifampicin-induced hepato-enteral dysfunction by experimental substantiation of the expediency of using S adenosyl L methionine, yogurt and lactulose, fixed combination ipidacrine/phenibut and their combined use. It was found that yogurt with lactulose minimizes disorders of the functional state and histostructure of the liver. The combination of yogurt / lactulose with S adenosyl L methionine restores the damaged intestinal microbiome in the best way. Ipidacrine/phenibut or S adenosyl L methionine maximize cognitive function. S adenosyl L methionine, ipidacrine/phenibut or yogurt/lactulose combinations limit the damaging effect of long-term use of anti-TB drugs on the hippocampus by activating the adaptive-compensatory potential of neurons, reducing structural disorders of synapses, reducing the severity of changes in the blood-brain barrier and damage to astroglia.
