Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of patriotic education of senior preschool children in the process of parent-educational interaction. Based on the theoretical analysis of the researched problem, the essence of concepts is specified: «parent-educational interaction», «patriotic upbringing of a senior preschool child». The basic approaches and ideas concerning patriotic education of senior preschool children in the course of parent-educational interaction are defined. The criteria («knowledge of patriotism», «desire to show patriotism», «manifestation of patriotism in behavior») with relevant indicators are defined. The levels of patriotic upbringing of children of senior preschool age are characterized. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of patriotic upbringing in the process of parental-educational interaction are substantiated, developed and experimentally tested.
