Antoniuk O. Improving the process of providing spare parts for rolling stock of the motor transport enterprise

The thesis solves an urgent scientific and technical problem - the improvemen of the efficiency of ATE rolling stock by improving the process of providing spare parts, taking into account the availability of spare parts in the region and the financial capacity of ATE to determine the range and number of spare parts to be stored in the warehouse. An analytical method of dividing the nomenclature of spare parts into groups is suggested, which includes, first, the calculation of generalized quantitative - cost indicators; secondl, the procedure for constructing a normalized cumulative curve and the formation of nomenclature groups. The method involves adjusting the nomenclature. There had been developed the methodical principles of choice of mathematical models which are expedient to use at forecasting on prospect of need of a rolling stock of ATE in spare parts. In the presence of the initial array of data on the factors influencing the need for spare parts, it has been suggested to use a multifactor regression model of forecasting. In the absence of information on these factors, it is best to use an adaptive forecasting model. The method of forecasting volumes and nomenclature of spare parts is based on statistical data on actual reliability indicators, volumes of spare parts deliveries and calculation of risk in conditions of uncertainty.
