Essay

In the dissertation on the basis of the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the researched problem and taking into account features of personal and professional formation of students of pedagogical establishments of higher education the essence of concepts "civic position" and "extracurricular work" is found out, criteria (value-motivational, intellectual-epistemological, worldview-activity), indicators and levels of its formation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of an active civic position of future teachers of humanities in the process of extracurricular educational work (motivation of sociocultural activities of future teachers in the application of the axiological approach; formation of superprofessional skills of soft skills by means of innovative and informational technologies of educational work; work by means of folk pedagogy). A pedagogical model has been developed, which consists of three blocks (target, methodological, evaluation-effective) and comprehensively reflects the purpose, tasks, principles, pedagogical conditions, forms, methods, stages and levels of formation of active civic position of future teachers of humanities in extracurricular educational work.
