Essay

The new compuond lotion with antumicrobial and antioxidant action was elaborated and studied on various wounds. The expediency and efficiancy of local application of studied lotion on burns, insiced and gunshot wounds, and radiation lesions were pathogenically substantiated and experimentaly proved. The best results on wound healing of a new lotion MFK-3 in comparison with wellknown lotions such as Linimentum Sintomicini 10%, Unguentum Nitacid and Linimentum Dibunol were show. The application of compound lotion with antimicrobial agents such as Nitazol and Streptocid, Phenosan-acid as antioxidant and water-soluble base makes the least amount of damaging tissues, prevents pyo-inflammatory disoders and stimulates granulations, finally accelerates wound healing
