Aks'onova O. The System of pedagogical training future officers for the management of military subunits (educational aspect)

Object of investigation is the process of training the officers in high military schools. The aim of investigation is the elaboration of the system of training military cadets for the management of social-psychological climate in military collectives; is the examination of the effect of application the mentioned system in educational process in Army institutions. Methods of investigation and apparatus are theoretical analysis, modeling, state and forming experiments, observation, testing, interrogation, method of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results - there is grounded the model of management activity of the officers, where four main components are distinguished and is opened the contents of each component; there is systematized the complex of knowledge and skills wich enshures the preparedness of the officers for the management of social-psychological climate in military collectives; there is elaborated structural and logical model of the management of training military cadets t o manage the social-psychological climate in military collectives; there are systematic recommendations of organization and realization of the process of the process of training the future officers for management of social-psychological climate in military collectives. Novelty of innovation is that the process of training the future officers for the most important component of there professional activity is considered as the object of pedagogical management for the first time in Ukraine. Introduction level - 1) during the educational process at the Odessa Army Institute - special course "Theory and practice of training the cadets for the management of social-psychological climate in military collective"; 2) at the South Ukrainian University of Pedagogic - the textbook "The forming of skills of non-formal contact" is used as the textbook for the courses "Scientific organization of pedagogical activity" and "Pedagogical mastery"; 3) Proposition and systematic recommendations were used during the elaboration of professional characteristics of military specialists by the Central Board of Military Education. Real of utilization - training the officers in high military schools.
