Essay

Developed the method of preparation a native apianatoxin and its sorbtion form. Established that apianatoxin has not toxical and allergic properties but is immunogen. Studied in experiment the hyposensibilizative properties of apianatoxin and its sorbtion form. Developed rational schemes of apianatoxins use. Investigated safety the native and sorbtion apianatoxins following administration of 20 theurapeutical doses. Studied parameters of cardio-vascular system, peripheral blood, some physiological values and morphological structure of internal organs.
