The thesis is devoted to study of hepatoprotective action of Lioliv - representative of a new class of metallo - liposomal hreparations, in which the coordination junction of metal with mephenamic acid is entered in phoaphatidilcholine liposomes. Is established, that Lioliv has expressed antioxidazing, membranostabilizing, antiexsudative effects. Under conditions of acute and chronic toxical hepatitis and also of acute ischaemia and partial resection of liver the epatoprotective activity was proved. Hepatoprotective effect of Liolive is realized by means of decrease of lipid peroxidation, maintaining of antioxydant system's activity,restoring of main structural components of biomembranes of hepatocytes.
