Investigation object - officer personnel training for the Border Troops in the Academy of the Border Troops of Ukraine. Investigation aim - determination and scientific basing of pedagogical conditions and ways of improving the efficiency of the future borderguard officers'military and pedagogical tendency development. Investigation methods - analysis of scientific sources on the problem involved; experience generalization of formation and development officer's personality; pedagogical observation; qestioning; analysis results in educational and service activity; generalization of independent characteristics; document analysis; expert marks method; pedagogical experiment; mathematical statistics methods. Theoretical and practical rezults - the main points and content of military and pedagogical tendency of the officers'personality have been specified; level determination methods of the cadets' military and pedagogical tendency development has been worked out; the main pedagogical conditions and ways of improving the efficiency of the future borderguard officers' military and pedagogical tendency development have been determined; the complex programme and practical recommendations have been worked out to improve the borderguard cadet's military and pedagogical training. Introduction novelty - level determination methods of the cadets' military and pedagogical tendency development, complex programme and practical recommendations for improvement the future borderguardofficers' military and pedagogical training have been used firstly. Introduction degree - investigation materials have been utilized in the Academy of the Border Troops of Ukraine educational process, in the Military Institute which is attached to "Lviv polytechnic" state university, in the scientific and research work ¤ 297-0068 K "Officers".
