Bortnyk T. Formation of socio-economic mechanism of labor motivation and regulation of distributing relations on farm enterprises

Research subject: Issues of labor motivation and distribution relations in different patterns of agrarian business in Cherkasy and Vinnytsia oblasts. Research Goals: Substantiation and development of basic directions for improving distribution relations in agriculture and formation of social and economic mechanisms of labor motivation. Methods: statistical grouping, monographs, design-construction method, abstract logic, sociological surveys. Theoretical and practical results: a concept for formatting social and economic mechanism of labor motivation and for regulating distribution relations in agrarian enterprises was proposed; proposals on determination of rent interest and profits distribution in agricultural enterprises was developed. Novelty of the implemented research: methodological approaches for formation of social and economic mechanisms of labor motivation for employees of different forms of entrepreneurship were developed Extent of implementation: The research results have been utilized by the Uman and Berschad Raion Agriculture Departments to implement them into agricultural enterprises, used in lecturing of discipline «Business and entrepreneurship organization». Efficiency: The research promotes activation of human resources in the transition period to different forms of ownership and management.
