Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the aspects of theory and practice of teacher's training for innovative activity. The main constituents of teacher's innovative activity are revealed, its structure is analyzed. The effectiveness of post-graduate training of а teacher for innovative activity under conditions of the unity of systematic approaches, following the main principles and realization of the leading functions of teacher's training for such activity is proved. The model and technology of forming and diagnosing the teacher's preparedness for innovative activity that were tested experimentally are presented.
