The thesis is devoted to detection in a line 11 derivarives of 1,4-naphtoquinone, wich contain aminoacids, most active substances and their profiund study.Experimentally is proved, that monopotassium salt N-(1,4-dioxo-3-chlor-1,4-dihydronapht-2-il) photoglicine (I) and potassium salt N-(1,4-dioxo-3-methoxi-1,4-dihydronapht-2-il) glicine (II) have expressive protection action in cinditions of hypoxia. Is established higherantioxidand action I, II. Is shown, that I, II optimize hemodynamic and counteract deterioration metabolism of a brain, induced by bandaging carotis artery. Positive dynamics of a functional condition miocardium and antiphibrillatory action I and II conditions exerimental infaction of miocardium is investigated.
