The dissertation is devoted to the therapeutical effectiveness of non narcotic analgetic benzofyrocaine in camparison with cordarone and nitrosorbid on different models of myocardial infarction. Due to the polytropic pharmacological properties, wich have patogenetic directions, benzofurocaine in comparison with cordaron and nitrisorbid with the capability of warning afainst an experimental cardiac shock and thus equalizes itself with nitrisorbid with the antiishemic property during infarct myocardium. So, benzofurocaine causes more anaesthetic effect that any ethal one preparates. mechanism of cardioprotecting act of benzofurocaine to some extent is due to the presence of antihypoxial properties and the activating effect on energetic metabolism of ishemized myocardium
