Is shown, that by one of the most effectivemethods of differentics of pathologies the distal of a department extremities of large horned cattle is X-ray diagnostics, which in most cases allows precisely to establish the diagnosis, a stage of development of process and to determine the forecast and necessary method of treatment. As a result of the carried out curate-preventive measures it was possible to lower percent of the patients animals animals from 36,5 % to 4,3 %, and the economic effeciency of the carried out curate-prevetive measures in a economy has made 4,68 grivna on 1 grivna of expenses.
