Object of examination: young cattle. The purpose of examination: to study the changes of proteins and protein-carbohydrates content in synovial fluid and blood serum at aseptical arthritis in calves and develop the treatment method. Methods: clinical, morphological, biochemical. Theoretical and practical results: the investigation showed the increasing of the level of the acute phase inflammation proteins, sialic acid, glicoproteids as a factor of nonspecific defence of organism at the begining of the disease and their decrease in the further development of inflammation. At the same time the content of glicosaminoglicans in synovial fluid increase as a index of dextraction in joint. There was proposed the treatment methods for aseptical arthritis in calves. It consist of intrajoint insertion of 10-15 ml of 15% solution of Polivinilpirrolidon, 2 ml suspention of Hydrocortizone acetate, 1 ml of 10% solution of Lidocaine hydrochloride and 1 ml of 4% solution Gentamiciny sulfate. Novelty of innovation: fo r the first time there was studied the level of acute phase proteins, sialic acids, glicoproteids and glicosaminoglicanes in synovial fluid of healthy and sick calves, their changes at aseptical arthritis. There was proposed the effective treatment method that consist of intrajoint insertion of Polivinilpirrolidon with Hydrocortizoni and Lidocaini. A degree of introduction: the results are used in teaching process on the surgeri chairs of Bila Tserkva SAU, NAU, Poltava SAI, Continuing education institute at BTSAU and while treate the animals in the BTSAU and Kiev region farms.
