The pharmacokinetical and pharmacological research of the new medicinal form for dermatology and otolaringology antiallergic of action - Loratadine is conducted. Gel with Loratadine have expressed antiallergic, antiinflammatory and antihistaminic action. Transdermal and nasalis gels with Loratadine havt a high degree of bioavailability and local simptomatical by effect and simultaneously render therapy - profilactic effect through general circulation. Transdermal and nasalis of a way of introduction Loratadine are more effective in comparison with ultragastric.
