Danyl'chuk I. In quest of effective antiarrhythmic drugs amon the derivatives of diaminodiphenil and dibenzodiazepin

Dissertation is based on the experimental research of antiarrhythmic effect of 20 new derivatives of diaminodiphenil and dibenzodiazepin. Conducted researchs revealed a new group of chemical combination (diaminodiphenil), those having antiarrhythmic effect. It is proved that combination ВПЛ-68 is more effective then any other antiarrhythmic drugs like cordaronum, novocainamidum, lidocainum. ВПЛ-68 also shows antihypoxic, antifibrillation, antiepileptic and local anaesthetic effect. They increase cranial blood circulation, without affecting coagulation system of blood. They are less toxic, don't have any mutagenic effect on bone-marrow cells of mice. So it is reccomended to prepare drug forms of ВПЛ-68, to conduct further pharmacological and toxicological researchs, and to study about its mutagenic effect - in purpose of futher clinical studies about antiarrhythmic effect of ВПЛ-68.
