Essay

Investigated influences nootropic of substances on a function postsynaptic glutamate of receptors, on a phenomenon long duration postsynaptic kainate in neurons hippocamp's. Is established, that in the basis of increase phenomenon of receptors the increase o intraneuronalf concentration Са 2 + with consequent activation ofcalmodulin lies by Ca/calmodulin--dependent fibers. Ability of researched substances to strengthen the answers of nervous cells, by activation of kainate of receptors and to increase duration of longterm in shears hippocamps sections is offered as criterions for screening of substances with potential nootropic activity.
