Essay

First time alternative of use of hepatoprotectors was experimentally based and problem of their interchangeability for treatment various liver diseases also was decided. In the base of pharmacological, clinical, biochemical, hystomorphological research methods the comparison of mechanisms ofanthral, thiotriasolin, flamin, cholosas and silibor hepatoprotective activity was conducted. As detected in experiment and confirmed in clinic flamin and cholosas have choleretic activity and also can normalize indexes of cytolysis and condition of peroxyde oxidation of lipids, but these preparations concede to synthetic preparations - anthral and thiotriasolin.
