Kostyshyn Y. Peculiarity of morphological structure and trophical function of cows placenta and fetus development.

The thesis is dedicated to study of morphological structure and trophical function of cows placenta and fetus development during pregnancy. The morphometrical method for analysis of placental tissue and the processes of transformation of nourishing substances to fetus was used. The interrelation of morphological structure of placenta and the development of fetus during the cows pregnancy was established. Also some placental anomalies were revealed, which can influence on the fetus development and retention of placenta in the cows. The results of our investigations may be used for the prophylaxis of parturition's pathology of new born calves and cows obstetrics pathology. For receiving of healthy offsprings it is necessary to stop milking of cows for 55-60 days before parturition. In the case of retention placenta we propose to use the novocain's blockade of pelvic plexus nerves.
