Object of examination: swains of different ages The purpose of examination: clinical and experimental substantiation of inflammation pathogenesis at surgical diseases in swains and development the methods of their treatment Methods: clinical, biochemical, cytolochemical, immunological, hystological, bacteriological. Systemical and comparative analysis, graphical, statistical Theoretical and practical results: there were investigated the state of kallicrein-kinine , haemostatical and fibrinolitical systems of blood, the neuthrophils reactivity at the development of inflammation in swains; substantiated their role in the formation of fibrinosis type of exudation; there were developed clinical classification the stages of inflammation in swains, the rational methods of wound treatment and purulent-inflammation processes Novelty of innovation: for the first time in veterinary surgery there were substantiated theoretically and experimentally the breed particularity of inflammation in swains at surgical d iseases.
