For the first time high active and little toxic tocolitic venttokol was created on a basis of derivative phenilalkilamines. It excels all foreign wellknown betta2-adrenomimetic through uterolitic properties. Venttokol does not render negative influence on a heart-vascular and respiratory system of pregnant rats and their embryo. On the basis of pharmacokinetic and biochemistrycal research methods there has been mode investigation of peculiarities its pharmacokinetic and mechanism of operation. The methodical approaches and the methodical scheme of preclinical studing of biologically active substances having yterolitic properties is developed.
