The object is lymphoid organs, bone marrow and blood of laboratory animals under stress conditions; the aims - on the ground of experimental investigation to establish the prophylaxis properties of nootrops and regulatory peptides at stress and to determine the most active pharmacologic remedies for prevention of stressoric disorders in hemopoetic organs and blood; methods - pharmacological, cytological, cytochemical, biochemical and statistical methods; the new appoach lies in scientific evidence of the expediention of prophylaxis of disorders in hemopoetic organs and blood, caused by acute and chronic stress by nootropic remedies and regulatory peptides; the main include the establishing of protective action of mexidol, piracetam, pituitrin, cerebrolysin and neocortical extract SNC on hemopoetic organs and blood at stress as well as determining, that mexidol is the most active drug for prophylaxis treatment of stressoric disorders in the blood system; all this thesis has been developed by medical HEE, the field is pharmacology, therapy.
