In the thesis aesthetical as a type of spirituality is substantiated in the relation to the reflection of aesthetics as a theoretical system. The basic principles of modern research in aesthetics - new rationality, post ontology and synergetic approach - have been substantiated and profound analysis of such concepts as "spirituality", "types of spirituality", "aesthetical creativity", "aestheticism", "universality of vision", "aesthetics of negativity", "aesthetical rationality" and "aesthetical temporality" have been done. The researcher reveals the variety and constructive ability of aesthetical as a type of spirituality to identify a state of a modern man and culture. For the first time in Ukrainian aesthetics the experience of Ukrainian and foreign philosophers is classified, including historical tradition and a modern state of research, concerning spiritual parameter of aesthetical. Theoretical matter has been transformed into the research of the modern art development and Ukrainian art functioning speciality.
