The subject of investigation: keeping condition, the condition of growing and feeding of swines of Big white Breed, the nature resistance of swines in Lisosteppe region of Ukraine. The purpose of investigation: to study mechanism of the development of functional immaturity of natural resistancy of swines under the influence of paratypical factors, to develop the technology of obtaining of thymus-derived and blod-devired preparations and to find out the optimal chemes for their use. To study the efficacy of the using of electromagnetic radiation of superhigh frequency for increasing the pharmacological activity of the preparations and to intoduce them into practice. The methods of investigation: zootechnical, zoogigienical, clinical and physiological, morphological, biochemical, immunological, veterinary-sanitar, statistical. Fotoelectrocalorimetr, atom-absorbtion spectrophotometers, biochemical analizator "Super-Z", centrifuges, microscope. The novelty of investigation: consist in the obtaining the deeper knowledge about negative influence of paratipical factors of the enviroment on immune sustem in animals, studying of age dynamic and functional activity of the factors of the cell and humoral immunity in swines. For the first time there was developed the technology of obtaining the complex drug "Feramin". There was proved the singen action of the complex of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Co and humoral factors of the thymus gland on the metabolism and proliferation, matuering and specialization of immune cells in swines (Patent 3867 A 61K35/00). There was studied the immunomodulative action of Ferolizine. For the first time it was proved the positive action of electromagnetic radiation on the optical density of water and salt solytiong, the activity of simplest organism (infusoria) and blood cells stability in young pigs (Patent - 43972Aco2F1/30, 33174A, 55585A). For the first time it was established that the use of the proposed preparations increase the pigs productivity (Patent 43571A A61№1/100), white not decreasingthe organoleptic, biochemical and sanitary indices of near and fat. The subject and the level of introduction: there were proposed the using of natural immunocorective drug "Feramin" according to "manual for using…" for piglets 2,0 ml/head, once or twice with 10-12 days internal; to growing and fattening pigs - 3 ml/head; "KAFI" - to growing pigs - 0,2 mi/head, to fattening pigs - 0,5 ml/head once or twice with 10-12 days internal; Ferolizine - to pigletts - 1,5 ml/head, twice with 16 days interval. It is useful to use structural biological preparation after applying electromagnetic radiation of superhigh frequency ("Politon-2") with 3-5 min exposition. The efficacy of introduction: the obtained results were used in TUU 46.15.412-99, necromentations as to technology the using of "Feramine", "KAFI" in swine husbandry for increasing the resistance and growing potency of the swines. The recommendations were approved by scientific-technical Consil of Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine. The results were introduced on the swine farms of KSP "Peremoga", Rokitna district, "Pokrova" Volodarsky district, "Pischanske" and "Study farm by name of 9 Janary" of Bilotserkov district and agrarian cooperative "Ustimivskiy" Vasylkiv district of Kiev region.
