Purpose of the dissertation - is study of peculiarity of trans-dermal delivery of 1.4-benzdiazepine derivatives. It shows the-oretical summarizing and new solution of scientific problem: opportunity of transdermal delivery of 1.4-benzdiazepine deri-vatives using matrix transdermal delivery systems; shows ways of optimization of their penetration across intact skin and ef-fect on the organism by use of combination of active compo-nents with different lipophility, use optimal skin penetration enhancers and leading in molecule of structure fragments with skin enhancer penetration activity. Оbject of investigation: Transdermal delivery of 1.4-benzodiasepine derivatives across intact skin. Subject of investigation: Optimization of transdermal delivery of 1.4-benzodiasepine derivatives.
